The Application of Water Chiller in The Various Industries

With the rapid development of modern technology in all industries, more and more applications need chiller to provide cooling system.

Generally speaking, suitable for all kinds of plastic molding equipment factory use. It can also be used to cool the machine temperature of mechanical equipment, such as machine tools. It is also suitable for cold drying machine, bleaching and dyeing industry, electroplating industry, food industry, sauna and other places that need to cool water temperature, jewelry processing industry.

Take the production of plastic products for example. In the production process, due to the constant heat generated by mechanical, mold and industrial reactions, the quality of products will become worse when the temperature exceeds the material that can be borne. The frozen water absorbs heat in time, making the temperature of the mold cavity drop rapidly, speeding up the product styling and shortening the opening.

In the process of electroplating production, the frozen water can reduce the temperature of the plating solution and keep it constant within a certain range, so that the metal molecules are attached to the surface of the stabilizer, making the products dense and smooth.

In the heat treatment and coatings industries, a range of cooling and chiller devices are used. It is common in vacuum heat treating to use the cooling performance , and often need  chiller  to cool down the temperature of the  diffusion pumps.

In the packaging industry, after plastic packaging is heated, food and medicine on the production line need to be packaged. The chiller can reduce the temperature to the appropriate packaging temperature in the shortest time, thus greatly improving the efficiency of work.
