Mold temperature controller (MTC) is based on the different levels of mould temperature required for production, which is divided into standard MTC and high temperature MTC. Due to the different circulating heat conduction medium in the MTC, it is divided into two kinds: oil temperature controller and water temperature cntroller. The common 180 degree water temperature controller and 350 degree oil temperature controller belong to the ultra-high temperature MTC series. So what is the main role of ultra-high temperature MTC? Here is to understand the common uses and functions of ultra high temperature MTC.
Metal die casting mold temperature control is one of the most common uses of ultra high temperature mold temperature controller. We know that the most ideal heating method for temperature control of die casting mold is heat conduction oil. The heat conduction oil flows continuously in the pipeline of the mold for heat exchange, and the mold is evenly heated to reach the use temperature. Another advantage of using heat conduction oil is that the temperature control precision is high. Because the MTC itself has a cooling system, the temperature of heat conduction oil can be accurately controlled in the set range. In this way, the mold temperature can be controlled within a small margin of error, and the proper mold temperature can be maintained even when production is interrupted.
Temperature control of reactor equipment: the circulating pump converts electric energy into mechanical energy to promote the liquid phase circulation of heat conduction oil, and transfers heat to the reactor. After heat exchange between heat conduction oil and materials in the reactor, the heat conduction oil returns to the oil heater and is heated again under the pump pressure into the next cycle. Through the repeated cycle, the heat transfer and transportation can be realized, and the temperature of the reactor can be heated, cooled or maintained, so as to meet the temperature requirements required by the production process.
In addition to the above mentioned applications, ultra high temperature MTC also has a wide range of applications in the following industries:
Synthetic fiber industry: used for polymerization, melting, spinning, thermosetting, fiber finishing, extension and drying equipment heating;
Paper industry: Used for coating pulp roller, drying roller, drying room, drying cabinet, hot melting machine, wax pot and corrugated paper processing heating;
