Chiller is a kind of water cooling equipment, can provide constant temperature, constant current, constant pressure. Through the refrigeration system to cool the water, the chilled water will take the heat away after the temperature rises and then return to the tank.
Compressor
The refrigerant enters the compressor as a low-pressure gas.The compressor compresses the refrigerant, increasing its pressure and temperature.
Condenser
The high-pressure refrigerant gas flows into the condenser.
Heat is removed from the refrigerant by cooling water or air, causing it to condense into a high-pressure liquid.
Expansion Valve
The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve.
The expansion valve reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, causing it to cool significantly.
Evaporator
The low-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator.
Heat from the chilled water is absorbed by the refrigerant, causing it to evaporate into a low-pressure gas.
The chilled water is cooled and circulated back to the system for cooling purposes.
Return to Compressor
The low-pressure refrigerant gas returns to the compressor to restart the cycle.
